What causes this issue?

You want to create a new task list and assign it to profile &V1& at the
same time. There are task lists in the same group as the new task list
that are assigned to another profile. However, all task lists in a
group must be assigned to the same profile.

System Response

The system creates the new task list and assigns it to the same profile
as the other task lists in the group.

How to fix this error?

To assign profile &V1& you have to create the task list either in a new
group or in a group whose task lists are assigned to profile &V1&.
