  • What causes this issue?

    You tried to select the notification filter settings for the platform
    type &V1& and the external service name &V2&.

    System Response

    An exception is raised, as no entry could be found, neither in table
    CLB2C_GW_NOTIFY nor in table CLB2S_GW_NOTIFY.

    How to fix this error?

    You either have to enter the missing OData service in the Customizing
    table, or accept the non-existence of the entry. In this case, the
    exception should be caught.

    settings.
