  • What causes this issue?

    With classification functionality, you can only display this object. To
    classify the object, you must use the transactions for maintaining
    object master data.
    In the IMG for classification, you define whether an object can be
    classified with the allocation functionality of the classification
    system. You need to do this to ensure consistency of data, for
    example, if an object can be changed with
    <DS:GLOS.engineering_change_management>engineering change management</>
    functionality.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Display the classification data.
    To classify the object, use the transactions for maintaining object
    master data.
