    The class contains characteristic &V1&. This characteristic is not
    released.
    You can only use characteristics with <ZH>Released</> status in a
    class.
    If the characteristic is already in the class, this message points out
    that a characteristic has been locked since the class was last saved.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    To include a new characteristic in the class, set the status of the
    characteristic to "released". To do this, choose <LS>Environment ->
    Change characteristic</> on the characteristics screen of the class.
    If you do not want to include a new characteristic in the class, check
    the status of the characteristics already in the class.
