What causes this issue?

The system attempted to determine free work processes. However, the
servers that were addressed are either
the servers of group &v1& specified in the costing run, or
(if no group was specified) all currently active servers

System Response

The system has to terminate the application since no server capacity
could be made available.

How to fix this error?

Check the setting of the server group to be used for parallel
processing. Start the application again at a later time.
