What causes this issue?

The following was established within &v3&:
You are attempting to mark the standard cost estimate of material &v1&
in plant &v2& for a future posting period. The system has discovered
inconsistent data during this process.
The internal cost estimate number of this standard cost estimate is not
the same as the cost estimate number of the material.
The data inconsistency was probably caused by the number ranges being
manipulated or by inconsistent data transfer.
The data inconsistency affects the standard cost estimate that has
already been marked at an earlier time point (see future material
master anchor).

How to fix this error?

You can repair the data inconsistency as follows:
Create the costing segment again.
Carry out the standard cost estimate for the future posting period
again, and then mark this standard cost estimate for the future posting
period again.
If the costing segment cannot be created again because of updated data,
remove from the system the already-marked standard cost estimate (see
future material master anchor) whose internal costing number is
referencing an incorrect material (such as by
<DS:GLOS.reorganization>reorganizing</>). Then cost and mark as
described above.
