This can happen due to various reasons, such as duplicate entries or incorrect project number ranges.
    
    Cause: Duplicate Project Definition: You are trying to create a project definition with a project ID that already exists in the system. Incorrect Number Range: The number range for project definitions may be incorrectly configured, leading to conflicts. User Error: The user may have mistakenly entered a project ID that is already in use.
    Solution: Check Existing Projects: Before creating a new project, check the existing project definitions to ensure that the project ID you want to use is not already taken. You can do this by using transaction codes like CJ20N (Project Builder) or CJ03 (Display Project). Use a Different Project ID:
