You have not highlighted any objects. Therefore the system cannot
postion the cursor on a highlighted object.

How to fix this error?

Select the icon for highlighting objects and select the required
selection criteria. The project objects that meet the criteria are
highlighted in the table area. You can now use the position on
highlight function.
