    You want to change a WBS element in a simulation version that is
    inactive.
    &DEPENDENCIES&
    The simulation versions that you are editing only contians a subtree of
    a project. When you transfer a subtree to a simulation version, the
    superior WBS elements are also transfered. However, this is only for
    reference purposes; they are only displayed and cannot be changed.
