Message text: Error while attempting to start workflow &1 for process &2
An error has occurred while attempting to start workflow &V1& for
process &V2&.
The attempt to start a workflow for assignment process &V2& was
terminated without results. The assignment process, if it has not
already been created, is saved to the database.
Contact your system administrator for an analysis and solution of the
problem.
When you have rectified the problem, restart the workflow for the
assignment process with the function provided in the interface for
manually managing assignment processes.
The reason for this error is often the incorrect agent assignment to the
workflow template, for which the workflow is to be started, in this case
&V1&. The agent assignment to a workflow template identifies all the
users that may start a workflow.
You define the agent assignment to the workflow template with
transaction PFTC.
Specify the task type <ZK>Workflow Template</> and the identification of
the workflow template &V1&.
Choose the <ZK>Change</> function. In the <ZK>Additional Data</> menu,
you can classify the task as a general one via <ZK>Classification</> ->
<ZK>Create</>. In this case, all the users can start a workflow for the
workflow template. If this is not intended, you can make the required
assignment by choosing <ZK>Agent Assignment</> -> <ZK>Change</>.
