You attempted to maintain a relationship to a phase which does not
exist in the recipe.
You attempted to delete phase &V1& which already has an existing
relationship (for example, with reset character "!").
For situation 1.
Make sure that the phase for which you want to create a relationship
already exists.
For situation 2.
To delete relationships, proceed as follows:
Select the relationships.
Delete the selected relationships by selecting the menu options
