What causes this issue?

You have overwritten the language indicator with a blank character, or
have deleted the language indicator. This is not allowed, because
characteristic descriptions and maybe headings exist for the
characteristic.

The system puts the language indicator back.

How to fix this error?

If you want to delete the language-dependent data for the
characteristic, choose the <LS>Delete</> function from the <LS>Edit</>
menu, or delete all entries made using the language key concerned.
