What causes this issue?

The number of PI sheets to select was restricted to &V1& on the initial
screen (see the <DS:DE.CO_MAXPI>Max. Number of PI Sheets</> field). The
selection was canceled after this number was reached. It might
therefore be possible that the worklist displays fewer PI sheets than
actually exist.

Selection of PI sheets takes place internally in the following steps:
RESET N1
Selection of PI sheets without consideration of the PI sheet status
Detailed selection from the hitlist determined in step 1, using the
status and the time frame given in the status <LS>New</>.
The maximum number used on the initial screen refers, for technical
reasons, to this step. Due to the detailed selection, it is possible
that the given maximum number of PI sheets was not reached in the
worklist, but that not all existing PI sheets are actually displayed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

RESET N1
Check and adjust your selection criteria as required.
If necessary, you can also increase the number of PI sheets to select
on the initial screen of the worklist (<LS>Max. Number of PI Sheets</>
field).
Note however, that if you increase the maximum number too much this may
decrease system performance.
