What causes this issue?

You can only delete PI sheets, if the relevant process order does not
have status EBRR (order record required).
The system was unable to check the status of order &V2& since an
internal error occurred and the corresponding status object &V1& was
not found. For this reason, order &V2& cannot be considered in the
selection. You cannot delete the PI sheets for it.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
