the background, that is, at least one requested characteristic must be
defined for each message category.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Assign at least one characteristic &V3& to the process instruction
immediately after characteristic &V1& PPPI_MESSAGE_CATEGORY.
As a value of this characteristic, assign the name of the message
characteristic for which you want to enter a value manually in the PI
sheet.
