The SAP error message BV425 indicates that a measurement (meas.) cannot be started because there is already an ongoing measurement for the same object. This typically occurs in the context of SAP's process management or measurement systems, where multiple measurements cannot be executed simultaneously for the same entity.

    3. Wait for Completion: If the measurement is valid and should be running, you may need to wait until it completes before starting a new one.

    4. Review Logs and Documentation: Check system logs or documentation to understand why the measurement did not complete as expected. This may provide insights into any underlying issues that need to be addressed.
