  • What causes this issue?

    &V1& users match the selection criteria. However, you are not
    authorized to change the user type of these users because the users
    belong to a user group you are not authorized to change.

    System Response

    The system exits the program for mass changes to user types.

    How to fix this error?

    Have your system administrator assign you authorization object
    S_USER_GRP or have someone with the proper authorization make the
    change.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
