<LS>Transfer Plan to Project Budget</> (IMCCP3), <LS> Mass Release of
Budget for Projects</> (IMCBR3), <LS> Transfer Plan to Order Budget</>
(IMCCP4)).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
