A rule is generated when agent determination via router is used. The
attributes that are to be used for routing are stored as container
elements in this rule. The scenario that is used for routing was
changed and some of the attributes stored in the rule are no longer
supported.
These attributes are ignored during routing, that is, they do not
influence agent determination.
To remove the attributes from the rule, select the step and call the
wizard for maintaining the routing settings. The attributes that are no
longer supported are recognized and deleted.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
