  • What causes this issue?

A download sequence is framed by two RFC functions for starting and
ending this sequence. The download of the objects involved takes place
between them with two other RFC functions. In this process, the objects
are firstly just temporarily buffered on the router. The download is
not successful until the function for ending the sequence is called.
The objects from the buffer are then to be transferred to the active
area of the router. The time stamp identifies the start and end of the
    sequence as related.
