Message class: BA - Data Archiving
Message number: 510
Message text: Accessibility check for stored data is switched on
The accessibility check is switched on for stored files during archive
selection. This means that before the dialog box for selecting the
sessions or files to be processed is displayed, the header data from all
existing archive files is read. This can take a long time, especially in
the case of stored files.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
This is why we recommend switching off the accessibility check for
stored files in cross-archiving-object Customizing (technical settings);
do so, in particular if you have noticed very long runtimes during file
selection.
