Company code &V1& is set up for business area balance sheets. For this

However, you have not provided any of the views of Asset Accounting
maintenance authorization for the business area (time-dependent data).

    System Response

You can only maintain assets in company code &v1& that are already
assigned to a business area, or which adopt a business area from a
reference asset when they are created.

    How to fix this error?

Remove this Customizing inconsistency by assigning at least one of the
asset views the necessary maintenance authorization for time-dependent
    data.
