  • What causes this issue?

Execution of the conversion program requires the transfer of data to the
    so-called content framework.
Within the content framework, a status for each content restructuring ID
is saved which controls the execution sequence for the conversion
program and for the content activation.
The following basic processing steps are then executed:
The conversion program requests an instance with the specification of a
so-called content restructuring ID (&V1&) with the framework for further
    processing.
The conversion program requests the status <LS>XPRA started</> in the
content framework for all clients. This status prevents the content from
    being activated.
The conversion program transfers the table key of each converted
configuration table to the content framework.
After successful conversion of an individual client in the affected
applications, the status <LS>XPRA completed</> is transferred to the
content framework for this client. This allows the start of the content
activation after completion of the technical upgrade.
In this case, an error occurred when transferring the table key to the
    content framework.
The list of permitted configuration tables is saved within the content
framework for each content restructuring ID. The list of registered
tables is part of the SAP delivery.
The most common cause for this error is that a configuration table was
transferred to the content framework that was <ZH>not</> registered
under the content restructuring ID (<(>&<)>1) when the delivery by SAP
    took place.
