have not yet been settled to the asset under construction.
The system only allows you to retire line items that have already
been capitalized to an asset under construction.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Deselect the line items, or carry out a periodic settlement before the
retirement.
