What causes this issue?

The analysis of the existing API releases has revealed that there are
&V2& objects in software component &V1& that need to be migrated from
the old database persistence to the new persistence.

System Response

If no migration is done previously released objects will be treated as
being not released.

How to fix this error?

Migrate the listed objects from software component &V1&
Start transaction SE38
Enter ARS_MIGRATE_API_RELEASES as program to be executed and execute it
(by pressing <(><<)>F8>)
In the selection screen enter &V1& as the software component for which
you want to migrate the (not yet migrated) objects. If the component is
not a local one enter a transport request which shall contain the new
API release entries.
Run the report. It will show a list of the API release entries that can
be migrated. Select the ones you want to migrate.
Press the "Migrate" button
Answer "yes" to the confirmation popup.
Your selected object API releases are now migrated to the new
persistence

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
