What causes this issue?

There is still API state data for the deleted object &V1& - &V2&.

System Response

Release of the task/transport was canceled.

How to fix this error?

If the object was already delivered with API state "Released" to
customers in a previous software release, the deletion needs to be
reverted.
If the object was not delivered with API state "Released", the API state
data needs to be cleaned up. Please use report ARS_CLEANUP_APIS for this
purpose.

information (BC-SRV-APS-EXT-REL).
