You are trying to relocate an object that has been a API release status.
It is required to store of the API release status of the object in the
packages of the classified objects. However, the API release status is
not part of the request.

The request cannot be released without adding this API release status.

How to fix this error?

Please include all API release status that require storage in the
packages of the objects into the request. You can do this with the
corresponding function of the object list editor provided by transaction
SE09 (Request/Task->Object List->Include Objects). The transport object
type for API release status is APIS
