What causes this issue?

The 'Country' field was filled with a parameter default value (SET/GET
parameter LND).
This causes an address record to be created that does not contain any
data except for the country.
This empty address record is often not wanted because it cannot be used,
for example, when business partner addresses in the system are required
for operative processes such as correspondence (these addresses are
usually called automatically, using the "Standard address" indicator).

How to fix this error?

If you do not want to create an address, delete the content of the
'Country' field manually.
