What causes this issue?

The refurbishment order contains multiple internal and external
subcontracting operations. The execution of the maintenance process
depends on the order of the internal and external subcontracting
operations. The next maintenance process cannot be started until the
preceding maintenance activity is finished. For example, goods receipt
cannot be executed until the preceding goods issue is completed.

System Response

Goods movements for internal and external processes are not allowed.

How to fix this error?

Execute the goods movements (goods issues and receipts) in the correct
order.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
