What causes this issue?

You have tried to post a goods receipt to a storage location that does
not exist in the material master and for which automatic storage
location creation is not set up in Customizing.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Set the movement type in Customizing for automatic storage location
creation or use a different storage location.
