++++ Restrictions applying to SAP development systems +++++
    Reason:

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

-> Check of structure changes that could possibly result in lengthy
    conversions in customers systems.
If a table in a customer system contains a large volume of data, table
conversion of a single table may take several hours. For a Release
upgrade we supply over 20,000 DDIC objects (Rel. 3.0), including
thousands of DB tables. Such a check intended to keep time-consuming
conversions to the minimum is therefore inavoidable.
If, as an application developer, you run up against this barrier,
please consult the DDIC contact person responsible for your
    area.
