  • What causes this issue?

    Conversion requests (conversion of data, changes to the database table
    with the exception of ADD FIELD) are not carried out directly by the
    activator, but instead are marked for background conversion (delayed
    conversion). A different program must be started for the actual
    conversion.
    This procedure is used to improve performance and to avoid the risk of
    there being any DDL locks on the tables to be converted, as these
    prevent the database table from being changed.
    It was found that the object had already been scheduled for background
    conversion.
