Message text: ROUND 2: activation with external checks
The mass activator carries out its work in several stages. It decides
on the correct activation sequence and distinguishes between internal
and external checks when activating individual ABAP/4 Dictionary
objects.
In the first phase of activation, the internal and external checks for
all ABAP/4 Dictionary objects (apart from views, matchcodes, and lock
objects) are performed. Where external checks on objects were
unsuccessful, repeat checks are carried out in the second phase of
activation.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

- Review External Checks: Identify any external checks that are failing. This may involve checking the status of related objects or data sources that the model depends on.
- Transport Validation: If the issue arose after a transport, validate that all objects were transported correctly and that there are no missing components.
- Authorization Check: Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to perform the activation. This may involve checking roles and permissions in the SAP system.
- System Logs: Check the system logs (transaction SLG1) for more detailed error messages that can provide additional context on what is causing the activation to fail.
