Real Estate Management with <LS>Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX)
</>. To do so, proceed as follows:
Activate the Enterprise Extension <LS>EA-FIN</> (if you have not already
done so).
Before you activate the Real Estate Extension in Customizing for <LS>
Flexible Real Estate Management (RE-FX)</>, it is essential that you
read the related documentation under <DS:SIMG.REFXV_TIVMIADDON>Activate
Real Estate Extension</>.
Activate the Real Estate Extension; when you do so, classic Real Estate
Management (RE) is automatically deactivated.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
