declaration must indicate the status 1 "NEU" on the declaration form.
If such a declaration is cancelled, a gap will result at the beginning
of the declaration history. In this case all following declarations
have to be cancelled.

How to fix this error?

The best way to handle is the complete redeclaration of your assortment
beginning from a selected time. In addition all existing declarations
have to be cancelled first.
