    not the case, following errors could be the cause:
    1) The Jetform view manager has not been started or the Acrobat Reader
    is not installed.
    2) The connection between R3 and the Jetform central server is not set
    up. Please check the Jetform setting on the R3 side. Read the
    relevant information in the REA implementation guide for Jetform.
    3) The Jetform setting on the Jetform central server is not correct.

    4) The Jetform central server is not started.
    5) The specification of the output device in REA Customizing is not
    correct.
