the currency changeover of the European Monetary Union (EMU).

How to fix this error?

To perform the euro changeover, use the corresponding changeover
report.
In the implementation guide you can find this under: Cross-Application

for Payroll Currency.
You want to make changes in table T500C that have nothing to do with
the currency changeover in the context of the EMU.
In that case, use transaction OE00, which takes you directly to table
maintenance for table T500C. Only make changes here that are not made
