    During the validity period of the data record, there is a change to the
    collective agreement (or salary structure) in the Basic Pay infotype
    (0008) that is not taken into account during the currency conversion.
    As an illustration, note the following example message:
    "Table PA0014 contains a collective agreement / salary structure change
    in data record 000657210 9999123119971201000"
    The data record consists of the following elements:

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Personnel number: 65721
    Subtype: 0
    Object identification: Blank
    Lock flag for personnel master record: Blank
    End date of validity period: 31.12.1999
    Start date of validity period: 01.12.1997
    Number of an infotype record with the same key: 000
