Message text: You have not selected all SUs that have to be settled together
You have not selected all settlement units that have to be settled
together. Some possible causes:
When you carry out a service charge settlement, all of the service
charge keys that belong to the same condition type must be settled
together. You have not selected all of the required keys. The missing
keys are then added and selected in the list.
You have selected a master settlement unit, but not all of its
participating settlement units.
You have selected a settlement unit that participates in a master SU.
However, you have not selected this master settlement unit or the other
settlement units participating in it.
You can select the settlement units that you want to settle in the next
step.
The system then checks whether all of the necessary service charge keys
are selected using the criteria described above.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

- You have not selected all SUs that have to be settled together ?The SAP error message 6A713 ("You have not selected all SUs that have to be settled together") typically occurs in the context of settlement processes in SAP, particularly when dealing with internal orders, projects, or cost centers. This error indicates that the system has identified that certain Settlement Units (SUs) need to be settled together, but not all of them have been selected for the settlement process.
Cause:
The primary cause of this error is that the system requires certain Settlement Units to be settled in a group due to dependencies or relationships between them. This can happen in scenarios such as:
- Dependencies: Some SUs may have dependencies on others, meaning they must be settled together to maintain data integrity.
- Settlement Rules: The configuration of the settlement rules may dictate that certain SUs must be settled together.
- Incomplete Selection: The user may have inadvertently selected only a subset of the required SUs for settlement.
Solution:
To resolve this error, you can follow these steps:
Review Settlement Units: Check the list of Settlement Units that need to be settled. Ensure that you have selected all the required SUs. You can do this by reviewing the settlement rules or the configuration settings.
Check Dependencies: Investigate if there are any dependencies between the SUs. You may need to consult with your SAP configuration team or refer to the documentation to understand which SUs must be settled together.
Select All Required SUs: When executing the settlement transaction, ensure that you select all the necessary SUs. You may need to use the selection criteria to include all relevant SUs.
Consult Documentation: If you are unsure about the specific SUs that need to be settled together, refer to the SAP documentation or consult with your SAP support team for guidance.
Transaction Codes: If you are using a specific transaction code (like KO88 for order settlement), ensure that you are following the correct procedure for selecting SUs.
