What causes this issue?

If you receive this message for outpayments which you have just
initiated the posting of in the transaction you are currently in, you
can ignore this error message. In this case, the outpayment is
displayed as having been posted in the overview screen. The update has
however not yet taken place in Loans Management. The update is only
made when you exit the transaction via the function 'Save'.
