  • What causes this issue?

Consumption for the settlement period &V4& could not be determined
    because one reading is missing.

    System Response

The settlement is not carried out.

    How to fix this error?

Please enter the missing meter reading.
To carry out a consumption-based settlement, a minimum of two meter
readings must exist: the maximum meter reading before the settlement
period is used as the initial value. If the meter did not exist before
the settlement period, the lowest meter reading in the settlement
    period is used.
The maximum meter reading in the settlement period is used as the end
    value.
Zero consumption is permitted. However, the meter readings on various
reading dates must be identical in this case. The meter reading date
for the initial value must not be identical to the meter reading date
    of the end value.
The reference date of the meter reading is decisive for the settlement
    period.
