    To carry out heating expenses settlement, apportionment units that
    represent the basic shares for settlement units with an external
    company must be defined for each rental unit (for example, the "heating
    area" apportionment unit corresponds to the "heating" basic share). An
    apportionment unit that is to apply to rental units must selected
    accordingly.

    System Response

    The central heating system cannot participate in the settlement.
