How to fix this error?

Make sure that none of the settlement periods in this settlement
variant have the same name when you assign several settlement variants
for the same settlement year.
This problem normally only occurs in shortened year-dependent
settlement variants.
Select
another settlement variant and / or
contact your system administrator to have this corrected in
Customizing.
