Message text: This data combination only valid for the year following the factual div.
The combination of <LB>Professional Income</> for the <LS>Partner income
</> (P0101-BVEKI) field and <LB>Factual Divorced</> for the <LS>Marital
status</> (P0101-BVFAM) field is only valid in the year after an
emplyoee's factual divorce.
The system has identified a possible error with the combination of
<LS>Partner income</> and <LS>Marital status </>field values, which
results in a warning message.
The system determines the applicable tax scale for an employee with
reference to his marital status and with reference to his (ex) partner's
income, as follows:
During the fiscal year of the factual divorce (year X), the value <ZK>6
Factual Divorced </>of the <ZH>Marital status </>(P0101-BVFAM) field can
be combined with all possible values of the <ZH>Partner income
</>(P0101-BVEKI) field, with exeption of the value <ZK>' ' Not relevant.
</> This means that the tax scale will depend of the partner's income
and there will be NO tax reduction (constant <ZK>Tax reduction EEsingle
</>,T511P-ST008).
In the year after an emplyoee's factual divorce (year X+1), the value
<ZK>6 Factual divorced</> in the<ZH> Marital statu</>s (P0101-BVFAM)
field can only be combined with the value <ZK>' ' Not relevant </>in the
<ZH>Partner income</> (P0101-BVEKI) field. This means that the tax scale
is always <ZH>Tax Scale I</> and a tax reduction (constant <ZK>Tax
reduction EEsingle</>,T511P-ST008) is applied .
<ZH>Note</>: The employee's marital status must be specified from the
date of its occurence. If an employee undergoes divorce, then a factual
divorce must be specified in the <LS>Marital status</> field from its
starting date (year X).
You need to check the data specified for the <LS>Partner income</> and
<LS>Marital status</> fields.
If necessary, delimit the <ZK>Fiscal data (B)</> (<ZH>0101</>) infotype
record for the fiscal year after the factual divorce.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
