Cause 1:

in client 000 first and then in all clients other than client 000
(report RPUMKG00 or the generation function in feature maintenance
(transaction PE03)).
Cause 2:
The feature structure must be defined in the feature-reading program
(see the documentation
for program RPUMKC00).
