    cannot be run.

    with a valid participation code and run the report again.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    The following participation codes exist:
    0 = exempt
    1 = statutory contribution employer/employee

    3 = statutory contribution employer
