  • What causes this issue?

The system attempted to perform XML file validation on your application
server because either the XML file, or the XML schema, or both reside(s)
on a file system of your application server.
While performing XML file validation, the system determined that the
operating system of your application server is <ZH>&V1&</><ZH> - &V2&</>
XML file validation, however, is only supported for computers that are
compatible with Microsoft Windows?. For this reason, XML file validation
    has terminated.
System Requirements for XML File Validation
The following system requirements apply to XML file validation:
A computer that is compatible with Microsoft Windows?
A supported 32-bit version of a Microsoft Windows? operating system
product, such as Microsoft Windows? XP, Microsoft Windows? 2000,
Microsoft Windows? NT 4.0, Microsoft Windows? Millennium Edition, or
    Microsoft Windows? 98.
Microsoft? Internet Explorer, version 5.0 or higher.
Installation of the Microsoft? XML Core Services (MSXML) 4.0 Software
Development Kit on your computer in side-by-side mode.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    <ZH>Note</>
You can install MSXML 4.0 SDK from the Microsoft XML Download Centre.
Upon completion, the setup program downloads three files onto your
    computer:
    <ZH>msxml4.dll</>,
    <ZH>msxml4a.dll</>, and
    <ZH>msxml4r.dll</>.
The setup program records the file <ZH>msxml4.dll</> in the computer's
    registry.

    System Response

Because the application server of your system currently does not fulfill
the system requirements that apply to XML file validation, the system
    has terminated the validation process.

    How to fix this error?

Perform XML file validation on an application server that fulfills the
system requirements described above. Alternatively, perform XML file
validation on a Desktop PC that conforms to these requirements.
