  • What causes this issue?

    The Social Insurance Number (SIN) that you have specified for the
    employee in Block 8 of the Record of Employment is 000-000-000. ESDC,
    however, will reject any Record of Employment that is submitted via ROE
    Web using the SIN 000-000-000.

    System Response

    The ROE Workbench will generate a Record of Employment with the
    specified SIN, thereby enabling you to view the details of the present
    ROE.
    Note, however, that ROE Web will reject the present ROE if you attempt
    to submit it to ESDC via the corresponding website.

    How to fix this error?

    If you still wish to use ROE Web to submit the present ROE, then assign
    a valid SIN to the specified personnel number.
