Message text: ROE logical file path and file name have not been defined
The ROE Workbench was not able to build a relevant default path and file
name for the ROE flat file. This error is caused by incorrect or
incomplete configuration of the logical file path <ZH>ROE_FILE_PATH</>
and the logical file name <ZH>ROE_FILE_NAME</>. This error may also
occur if the entries <ZH>ROE_FILE_PATH</> and <ZH>ROE_FILE_NAME</> are
not found in the logical file path and logical file name table.
If the ROE logical file path and logical file name are configured
incorrectly, the ROE Workbench builds a default path and name based on
the path stored in the system profile parameter <ZH>DIR_GLOBAL</>.
If the logical file path and logical file name entries are missing
altogether, the ROE Workbench returns a blank path and name.
