  • What causes this issue?

When checking your query with data from the history, the system
    detected an inconsistency.

    System Response

A dialog window displays the anomalies detected. If your query concerns
the creation of data in production mode and the message is of the <LS>E
</> type (fatal error), the program returns to the selection screen. In
the other cases, the processing continues.

    How to fix this error?

<ZH>To check the status of your data in the history</>, initiate the
transaction <DS:TRAN.PB2A>PB2A</> by indicating <LB>SV</> as application
    and <LB>BRCD</> as process type.
During the generation of a file using the program RPLDUCFO, the
sequences of statuses is the following:
    - a switch to mode <LS>test with update</> generates status files
    automatically <LS>File BRC/TEST </>
    - a switch to production mode generates files in status <LS>File
    BRC/PROD created</>
When you have sent your forms and/or files to the social organizations,
you must assign the status <LS>File BRC/PROD sent</> to the
corresponding production data: click on the line corresponding to this
data then depress <PF>Execute</>. Then click on the option <ZK><ZH>Yes,
    status sent. </></>
If by error you have marked in the history that a file has been sent to
the social organizations and you would like to reinitiate the process,
destroy the file previously created by using the option <ZK><ZH>Break</>
</> in the menu bar of the PB2A transaction then <ZK><ZH>Other
    administration, </></>then select your file(s)<ZK><ZH> </></>then click
on <ZK><ZH>Deletions</></>. From that moment, the program RPLDUCFO no
longer takes this file into account.

    Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message 5F733 - Consistency check between query et history data ?

The SAP error message 5F733 indicates a consistency check issue between a query and its historical data. This typically occurs in the context of SAP BW (Business Warehouse) or SAP BI (Business Intelligence) when there is a mismatch between the data in the query and the underlying data in the InfoProvider or the data warehouse.

    Cause:

    1. Data Model Changes: Changes in the data model, such as modifications to InfoObjects, InfoProviders, or queries, can lead to inconsistencies.
    2. Data Load Issues: If there were issues during data loading processes (e.g., data was not loaded correctly or completely), it can cause discrepancies.
    3. Query Definition Changes: If the query definition has been altered (e.g., adding or removing fields), it may not align with the historical data.
    4. Data Deletion: If historical data has been deleted or archived without updating the query, it can lead to inconsistencies.

    Solution:

    1. Check Query Definition: Review the query definition in the Query Designer to ensure it matches the current data model and InfoProvider structure.
    2. Rebuild the Query: If necessary, rebuild the query to ensure it aligns with the current data structure.
    3. Data Consistency Check: Perform a consistency check on the InfoProvider to identify any discrepancies. This can often be done through transaction codes like RSA1 (Data Warehousing Workbench).
    4. Data Load Monitoring: Check the data load process to ensure that all data has been loaded correctly. Look for any errors or warnings in the data load logs.
    5. Reprocess Data: If there are inconsistencies, you may need to reprocess the data in the InfoProvider or re-extract the data from the source system.
    6. Check for Archiving: Ensure that no relevant data has been archived or deleted that would affect the query results.
